The osteopathic treatment is to treat dysfunctions or hypomobility or hypermobility to be found in the spine, joints, nervous system, muscular system, viscera, skull. This seeks to regain lost body balance, reactivating its self healing mechanisms with a large number of therapeutic techniques: joint manipulation, muscle energy techniques, mobilization, stretching, functional, neurodynamics, myofascial techniques, among many others. Treatment depends on a full body assessment, the type of injury and the patient. No treatment is equal to another and should always follow a unique personal approach.

Osteopathy is based on the belief that all body systems work together, are related, and therefore disorders in a system can affect the performance of others. It is therefore a practice of holistic type. The treatment, called osteopathic manipulation consists of a system of practical techniques designed to relieve pain, restore function and promote health and wellness.

Structural Osteopathy

Dedicated to the restoration of muscle-skeletal apparatus and posture, focusing on the spine and trauma.

Visceral Osteopathy

Focused on the healing of the body and organs, improving the function of these by means of manipulation to get a better blood flow.

Cranial Osteopathy

It focuses on cranial problems and its influence on the central nervous system.

Myofascial therapy

The fascia is a structure of connective tissue very resistant that extends throughout the body as a three-dimensional network. It has a membranous, whitish appearance and connects and envelops all body structures. It gives support, protection and form to the organism.

The myofascial release is a modality of evaluation and three-dimensional treatment to be able to eliminate the restrictions that can appear for example, after a direct trauma, microtrauma of repetition, emotional stress, scars, an inflammation, an irritation or an increase of loads in an area of the body (produced by incorrect postures).
